Torque adjustment

Users can adjust the torque according to the specific gravity of the tested object. When the specific gravity of the measured object is high, the spring torque can be adjusted to a strong position, but the sensitivity of the blade is poor at this time; The smaller the specific gravity of the measured object, the weaker the spring can be adjusted, indicating better sensitivity of the blade

Specific method: Open the junction box, take out the torsion spring near the porous end, and insert it into the corresponding hole as needed. Pay attention to the torsion of the torsion spring during use and do not replace it randomly to avoid misoperation

Common Faults

The material exceeds the blade position and the blade is still rotating, which may be due to the blade size not matching the specific gravity of the material. The blade size should be reconfirmed

Blade deformation or transmission shaft deformation and bending may be due to excessive material impact force, and appropriate protective measures should be taken
