Product Overview:
V-cone flowmeter, also known as V-cone flowmeter; V-shaped cone flowmeter; Cone flowmeter; Cone flowmeter; Internal cone flowmeter; Internal cone flowmeter, integrated V-cone flowmeter. V-cone flowmeter is a differential pressure instrument that measures fluid flow inside a pipe based on the laws of conservation of mass and energy. It utilizes the throttling effect generated by the V-cone in the flow field to measure the flow rate by monitoring the upstream and downstream pressure difference. Compared with ordinary throttling components, it has changed the throttling layout from a middle orifice throttling to a circular throttling. Practical use has proven that compared with other flow meters, V-cone flowmeters have the advantages of high long-term accuracy, good stability, limited installation conditions, wear resistance, wide measurement range, low pressure loss, and suitability for contaminated media. Moreover, the V-cone itself, as a rectifier for the flow field, has become an excellent new type of flowmeter with unique performance. The V-cone flowmeter, composed of a V-cone sensor and a differential pressure transmitter, can accurately measure the flow rate of various media within a wide Reynolds number range (8 × 103 ≤ Re ≤ 5 × 107).
