Product Overview:
The ZXLWQ integrated intelligent Venturi flowmeter is a throttling flow sensor developed based on the Venturi effect. It has a simple structure, no movable parts, stable and reliable long-term use, and high accuracy. High degree of standardization, good linearity, and no need for real flow calibration. The Venturi flowmeter is flexible and convenient to use; Currently, differential pressure flow meters are widely used in flow measurement in China, accounting for an estimated 75% -85% of the total usage of flow meters according to relevant data. It is widely used in industries such as steam boilers, petroleum, chemical, steel, electricity, water conservancy, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical fibers.
Working Principle:
When the fluid filled in the pipeline flows through the throttling element inside the pipeline, the flow velocity will form a local contraction at the throat of the Venturi tube, resulting in an increase in flow velocity and a low static pressure, thus creating a pressure difference before and after the throat of the Venturi tube. The larger the fluid flow rate, the greater the pressure difference generated, which can be used to measure the flow rate. This measurement method is based on the flow continuity equation (law of conservation of mass) and Bernoulli equation (law of conservation of energy).
