1. The magnetic material of the magnetic flap level gauge should not be close to the magnetic flap level gauge body, and it is strictly prohibited to fix it with iron wire, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the magnetic flap level gauge;
If the user uses the heat tracing pipeline themselves, non-magnetic materials such as copper pipes must be used. The heating temperature is determined based on the medium conditions;
3. The installation of the magnetic flap level gauge must be vertical, and a ball valve should be installed between the magnetic flap level gauge and the container inlet pipe for easy maintenance and cleaning;
4. The medium must not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances to avoid interference with the float;
Before use, small balls below zero position should be set to red with a calibration magnet, and other balls should be set to white;
6. Open the bottom flange and install the magnetic levitation ball (note: the magnetic end of the heavy end should face upwards and cannot be inverted);
7. During debugging, first open the upper guide valve, then slowly open the lower valve to allow the medium to smoothly enter the main air duct (during operation, avoid rapid impact of the medium on the float, causing float fluctuations and affecting display accuracy), observe the magnetic red and white ball to check if the turning is normal, then close the lower guide valve, open the drainage valve, and let the liquid level in the main pipe decrease. Follow this method three times and it can be put into use normally (except for corrosive and other special liquids);
8. The main air duct should be cleaned irregularly according to the medium conditions to remove impurities;
9. For liquid level gauges that exceed a certain length (ordinary type>3 meters, anti-corrosion type>2 meters), a middle reinforced flange or ear plate should be added as a fixed support to increase strength and overcome its own weight;
10. The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to avoid rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of the level measurement;
When equipped with remote transmission equipment, the following tasks need to be done:
a) Remote transmission support instruments should be located near the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron clamps are prohibited);
b) The sensing surface of the remote transmission support instrument should face and be close to the main pipeline;
c) The zero position of the remote transmission support instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge;
d) The connection between remote transmission support instruments and display instruments or industrial control computers should be separately laid through protective tubes or laid with shielded dual core cables;
e) After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be sealed well to prevent rainwater, moisture, and other factors from entering, which may cause the remote transmission instrument to malfunction. After major repairs or debugging are completed, the junction box should be promptly closed.
