1、 Product Introduction

The electronic circuit of the product adopts anti adhesion circuit, which can detect the real object level while clearing the influence of false object level signals adhered and suspended around the probe. It is an excellent level transmitter for measuring liquid, solid, interface and foam. It can work under extreme process conditions, with temperatures ranging from -184 to 260 ℃ and pressure vacuum (FV) up to 525 bar. It has excellent performance and a wide range of applications.


2、 Working principle

The working principle of this product is based on radio frequency (RF) capacitor technology. Apply a radio frequency to the probe and determine the impact caused by the surrounding environment through continuous analysis. Due to the fact that all materials have a dielectric constant and their conductivity is different from that of air, the total impedance reflected by the slight capacitance shift when the probe comes into contact with the material changes. Because the energized probe and container wall form the two plates of the capacitor, the insulator of the probe and the surrounding air become dielectric materials. When air (with a dielectric constant of 1.0) is replaced by any other material (with a dielectric constant greater than 1), the change in capacitance value causes a change in impedance. After this influence is measured by the circuit, it is compared with the reference benchmark established by the sensitivity setting (circuit).
