Product Overview:
The UK-2000 series float level switch is suitable for controlling and alarming single or multi-point liquid levels of various media in open or closed containers such as petroleum, chemical, textile printing and dyeing, environmental protection, and civil construction. The instrument structure is simple, easy to install, and cost-effective. Can be used for liquid level (boundary) control of various media. The instrument uses multiple floating balls to control multiple control points separately, making the operation more reliable.
Working Principle:
The UK-2000 series liquid level switch mainly consists of a float ball, a guide rod, a reed switch, and a junction box.
As the liquid level changes up and down, the floating ball outside the guide rod moves up and down along the guide rod. When it approaches the reed switch, through magnetic coupling, the permanent nine magnetic steel inside the floating ball attracts the reed switch inside the guide rod, sending a switch on/off signal to achieve functions such as liquid level control, alarm, and fault interlocking. The normally open reed switch is turned on when in a magnetic field and turned off when outside the magnetic field. The normally closed reed switch is disconnected when it is in a magnetic field and connected when it is outside the magnetic field. The working states of the two types of reed switches are shown in the figure on the right.
According to the different measuring media, the materials for liquid contact include stainless steel, PP, PTFE, etc.
