ZX-RJ tuning fork level switch is a universal level switch. The tuning fork is excited by piezoelectric crystals to produce vibration. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid or solid, the vibration frequency changes. This frequency change is monitored by electronic circuits and outputs a switch value to achieve the purpose of liquid level alarm or control.

The structure and principle of the tuning fork type liquid level switch make it widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, light industry, and building materials for upper/lower limit alarm and control of liquid or material levels.

The "tuning fork type liquid level switch", also known as the "electrical float", can be used in situations where a float ball limit switch is used or where a float ball level switch cannot be used due to structure, turbulence, agitation, bubbles, etc.


Main features of tuning fork level limit switch:

Strong adaptability - Different electrical parameters and densities of the tested material do not affect the measurement. Severe conditions such as scaling, agitation, turbulence, bubbles, moderate viscosity, high temperature, and high pressure also have no impact on monitoring.

Maintenance free - As the monitoring process of the tuning fork limit switch is completed by electronic circuits without moving parts, it does not require maintenance once installed and put into operation.
