The ZX-100P series anti rotation level switch is a level controller used for solid materials (including powder, granular, block, gel, etc.). The anti rotation level switch has the characteristics of good sealing, strong overload capacity (with overload protection), lightweight and easy installation, and large output contact capacity. For materials with different densities, it can be achieved by adjusting the tension of the spring, and the part in contact with the material is entirely made of stainless steel material. Resistance rotary level switches have been widely used in industries such as chemical, plastic, cement, pharmaceutical, feed, and food.

During the engineering debugging process, the low and high alarm functions of the anti rotation level switch were verified by continuously adding and discharging materials into the fine powder separator silo. The debugging showed that the anti rotation level switch can accurately monitor the material level in the silo. The anti rotation level switch is suitable for use in situations where the dust concentration is high and the material particle size is fine inside the warehouse.

working principle:

By using a permanent magnet motor to drive the blades to rotate, when the monitored material rises to the blade position, the rotation of the blades is obstructed. This resistance is transmitted to the monitoring device inside the junction box through the transmission shaft, and the monitoring device outputs a switch signal to the outside, cutting off the motor power to stop the blades from rotating. When the material drops, the blade resistance disappears, and the monitoring device relies on the tension of the spring to return to its original state, and the blade returns to its rotating state. For materials with large differences in specific gravity, the spring tension can be adjusted. When the specific gravity is high, the spring tension can be adjusted to be very strong, otherwise it can be adjusted to be very weak.
