Working principle of ST-L308 online tuning fork densitometer

The ST-L308 series online density/concentration meter uses an acoustic frequency signal source to excite a metal tuning fork and make it vibrate freely at the center frequency, which is related to the density of the liquid in contact. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and then temperature compensation can be carried out to eliminate the system's temperature drift; The concentration value at a temperature of 20 ℃ can be calculated based on the relationship between the density and concentration of the corresponding liquid.
