Management process after installing the "Steam Metering Prepaid Device"

After installing the "Steam Metering Prepaid Device" at the user's site, the user * * pays the steam fee in advance to the heating unit. After the steam fee is confirmed by the finance department of the heating enterprise, relevant personnel are notified to use the recharge software to recharge the user's IC card. The heating network management personnel bring the IC card to the site for "card swiping". After receiving the information from the IC card, the device will calculate the user's available steam volume based on the set steam unit price, and automatically start the valve for steam supply, dynamically displaying the remaining available steam volume, remaining amount, and all measurement parameters.

When the remaining amount of the user is insufficient, the on-site instrument will emit a buzzing alarm sound to remind the customer to pay as soon as possible (in conjunction with the remote monitoring system of the heating network, mobile SMS notification can be achieved). Otherwise, when the balance in the meter reaches zero, the system will automatically close the valve and stop heating.

At the same time, to avoid human modification of the measuring instruments installed on site, our company will provide anti-theft boxes to uniformly cover the relevant instruments and lock them using wireless remote control. They can only be opened normally after unlocking with the remote control. Otherwise, it will be considered as car theft and the system will automatically close the valve and stop the steam.

Introduction to the Main Functions of Prepaid IC Card Steam Flow Meter Device

1、 Anti theft control:

In order to prevent unauthorized users from stealing gas, a primary instrument anti-theft box and a secondary instrument control box have been designed with anti-theft features; After the installation and debugging of the instrument are completed, use the remote control to lock the instrument box and anti-theft box, and the anti-theft indicator light (red) will light up. At this time, the instrument is in anti-theft operation mode; If he wants to steal gas, he needs to open the anti-theft box or the secondary instrument control box, tamper with any instrument, but as long as he opens any anti-theft box, the system will automatically close the valve, and the user cannot open it. Only the gas supply management personnel can decode it with the remote control and open the valve to supply gas normally.

2、 UPS dual independent power supply:

In order to prevent the inability of instruments to measure and valves to close due to AC power outages, a dual UPS independent power supply was designed, with one for the settlement instrument and the other for the valve switch. The single battery capacity is 32Ah, ensuring that the instruments can measure normally and the valves can be opened and closed normally after AC power outages. Generally, the valve of a factory flowmeter cannot be opened and closed after AC power outages, and it also loses its anti-theft function.

3、 Multiple lightning protection:

The system motherboard and measuring box are both designed with lightning protection circuits. When encountering lightning, the lightning protection circuit quickly responds and provides protection, and then the circuit automatically recovers. If the instrument is installed in an open area, a lightning protection grounding rod should be installed to ensure normal measurement; Considering that some users use it in chemical plants or environments with corrosive gases, we also perform three protection treatments on the circuit board: anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and anti-oxidation.


At present, the metering facilities used by heating enterprises are a set of orifice flow meters or vortex flow meters, plus a metering box with a flow accumulator inside, often equipped with backup power supply and GPRS module.
