The stress-type vortex flowmeter, a type of velocity flowmeter, is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, and power heating. Our company's vortex flowmeter production adheres to the standards of Vortex Flow Sensor (JB/T9249-2015) and Verification Regulation for Vortex Flowmeter (JJG1029-2016).

Product Features

■ No moving parts, long-term stability, simple structure for easy installation and maintenance;

■ The sensor output is in the form of pulse frequency, which is linearly related to the actual flow rate of the measured fluid. It features zero drift at zero point, stable performance, and diverse structural forms, including pipeline and insertion types of flow sensors;

■ High accuracy, typically with a measurement accuracy of ±1.0% for liquids and ±1.5% for gases;

■ Wide measurement range, up to 1:20 within the Reynolds number range of 2×104 to 7×106;

■ Small pressure loss (approximately 1/4 to 1/2 of that of an orifice flowmeter), making it an energy-saving flow meter;

■ Flexible installation methods, allowing for horizontal, vertical, and inclined installation at different angles according to the specific conditions of the on-site process pipelines;

■ Equipped with a noise-cancelling circuit and an anti-vibration sensing head, it possesses a certain degree of resistance to environmental vibration;

■ Utilizing ultra-low power consumption single-chip microcomputer technology, a single 3V 10AH lithium battery can be used for over 5 years;

■ Correct the nonlinearity of the instrument coefficient using software to enhance measurement accuracy;

■ Utilizes EPROM for power-down protection of cumulative flow, with a protection duration exceeding 10 years;
