I. Overview
The GYU series intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter is a new type of intelligent instrument developed using advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, integrating a turbine flow sensor and display totalizer. It features dual-row liquid crystal display for on-site display, and boasts advantages such as compact structure, intuitive and clear readings, high reliability, immunity to external power interference, lightning resistance, and low cost. The instrument features three-point correction of the instrument coefficient, intelligent compensation for nonlinearity of the instrument coefficient, and on-site correction capabilities. The high-definition liquid crystal display simultaneously displays instantaneous flow (4 significant digits) and cumulative flow (8 significant digits, with a reset function). All valid data is retained for 10 years after power loss.
This type of turbine flowmeter can be divided into GYU-B and GYU-C models based on the power supply method and whether it has remote signal output.
GYU-B type: The power supply utilizes a 3.2V 10AH lithium battery, which can support continuous operation for over four years; it lacks signal output functionality.
GYU-C type: The power supply adopts 24VDC external power supply, outputs a standard two-wire current signal of 4-20mA, and can be enhanced with RS485 or HART communication according to different on-site needs.
II. Product Features
1. Accuracy: Generally, it can reach ±1%R and ±0.5%R, while the high-precision type can reach ±0.2%R;
2. It has good repeatability, with short-term repeatability reaching 0.05% to 0.2%. Due to its excellent repeatability, frequent calibration or online calibration can achieve high accuracy, making it a preferred flowmeter in trade settlement;
3. It features three-point correction of the instrument factor, intelligently compensates for the nonlinearity of the instrument factor, and allows for on-site correction
4. All valid data will be retained for 10 years after power loss;
5. Wide range, with a ratio of up to 1:20 for medium and large apertures, and 1:10 for small apertures;
6. Compact and lightweight structure, easy to install and maintain, with high flow capacity;
7. Suitable for high-pressure measurement, no holes need to be drilled on the instrument body, making it easy to manufacture high-pressure instruments;
8. There are various types of specialized sensors, which can be designed according to specific user needs, such as low-temperature sensors, bidirectional sensors, downhole sensors, sand-mixing specialized sensors, etc;
9. It can be made into an insertion type, suitable for large-diameter measurements, with low pressure loss, low price, continuous extraction without flow interruption, and convenient installation and maintenance.
