The LWD gas turbine flowmeter is a new generation product developed by our company based on years of experience and multiple innovative technologies. Its main performance indicators have reached an advanced level and can replace similar imported products. The product directly measures the working condition volume flow rate and total amount of gas, and can be configured with a volume correction instrument to measure the temperature, pressure, standard condition volume flow rate and total amount of gas. It is a high-performance instrument for urban gas trade measurement and industrial gas measurement and monitoring.

Product Features:

Integrated with a microprocessor, temperature sensor, and pressure sensor, it directly measures the flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the measured medium, and automatically performs temperature and pressure compensation and compression factor correction calculations for the flow rate.

Adopting a low-power design, it can be powered by lithium batteries, which can be used continuously for more than 2 years; It can also be connected to an external power source.

The instrument has pulse signal output, 4-20mA analog signal output, and RS485 (MODBUS-RTU protocol) communication output; At the same time, there is also IC card signal output, which can be used in conjunction with IC card prepaid systems for easy trade settlement.

■ Dedicated LCD display screen (with backlight), intuitive and convenient reading, can simultaneously display instantaneous flow rate under standard conditions, instantaneous flow rate under working conditions, cumulative flow rate under standard conditions, as well as temperature, pressure and other parameters of the measuring medium.

■ It has real-time data storage function, which can prevent data loss when the instrument suddenly loses power. In the event of a power outage, internal data can be saved for a long time.

Reliable electromagnetic compatibility design, good anti-interference performance, high reliability, meeting the electromagnetic compatibility experimental requirements of JJG1037-2008 standard.

Adopting imported precision bearings specifically designed for instruments, with good wear resistance and high stability; At the same time, it improves the lower sensitivity of the instrument and reduces the starting flow rate.
