LC-100 cast iron elliptical gear flowmeter is widely used for measuring various oil products and non corrosive liquid media of cast iron.
The elliptical gear flowmeter is a volumetric measuring instrument mainly composed of a measuring housing, an elliptical gear rotor, and transmission components. Instruments used for continuous or intermittent measurement and control of liquid flow in pipelines. It has the advantages of large range, excellent accuracy, low pressure loss, strong viscosity adaptability, ability to measure high-temperature and high viscosity liquids, convenient calibration, and easy installation. Suitable for measuring flow in crude oil, chemical, synthetic fiber, transportation, commerce, food, medical and health, scientific research, and military industries. The elliptical gear flowmeter can indicate cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, single flow, etc. on site, and can also output pulse signals, 4-20mA or 1-5V analog signals, 4-20mA+HART, MODBUS, support 232485 communication, etc. When combined with a universal mechanical batch controller or an electronic batch controller, it can achieve various functions such as filling and batch control in different forms.
