Product Overview:
It mainly consists of a measuring tube (housing), a new type of capacitive force sensor (including a blocking element), an accumulation display, and an output part. According to different media and working conditions, suitable capacitive force sensors must be selected. Therefore, providing accurate measurement objects and parameters by users and selecting appropriate capacitive pressure sensors by manufacturers are the key to whether the product can measure accurately.
Working Principle:
When the medium flows in the measuring tube, the pressure difference generated by its own kinetic energy passing through the blocking element (target) exerts a force on the blocking element, and the magnitude of the force is proportional to the square of the medium flow velocity. Its mathematical expression is as follows:

In the formula: F - the force acting on the obstruction (kg) Cd - the drag coefficient of the object
A - Axial projection area of the measuring tube by the flow blocking component (mm2)
ρ - Medium density under working conditions (kg/m3)

Product Features:
The entire instrument is designed with no movable parts, an insertable structure, easy disassembly, and can be made of various anti-corrosion and high/low temperature resistant materials (such as Hastelloy, titanium, etc.). The whole machine can be made fully sealed without dead corners (welded form), with no leakage points, and can withstand 42MPa high pressure. The instrument is equipped with a self checking program, and the fault symptoms are clear at a glance. The sensor does not come into contact with the measured medium, and there is no wear on the components. It can be used with full reliability and can be calibrated locally using a dry calibration method, that is, the weight hanging method. Single key slot calibration can be completed with multiple installation methods to choose from, such as online insertion, low installation cost, integrated temperature and pressure compensation, and direct output of quality or standard square
