The flow quantitative control instrument is a new type of flow measurement and control instrument developed using single-chip microcomputer technology. The flow quantitative controller has the advantages of small size, light weight, simple operation, intuitive display reading, clear and high reliability. It is matched with flow sensors and solenoid valves for pulse output of turbines, vortex streets, etc. to form a flow control system, which is suitable for flow quantitative controllers in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and food. The flow quantitative control instrument has an 8-bit digital tube and a 51 line light column to display the real-time progress of the current batch, which is intuitive and clear. The flow quantitative control instrument has a good human-machine interface, making it easy and simple to modify the set values and control operations. The flow quantitative controller is equipped with a relay with large capacity contacts and a power-off protection device, which has high reliability and long service life.
At the beginning of quantitative measurement, the flow quantitative control instrument indicates that the solenoid valve is open and the fluid enters the flow sensor. The flow sensor transmits the flow signal to the quantitative integrator controller and starts measuring. When the flow reaches the set value, the quantitative integrator controller sends a command to disconnect the solenoid valve and restore it to its initial closed state.
Operation requirements for flow quantitative control instrument:
1. The control circuits and components inside the control box are customized according to the flow meters and equipment required by the customer. The signal lines are easy to connect and generally do not need to be adjusted upon arrival at the site;
2. The control box panel is equipped with buttons such as "start" and "stop", as well as a "status indicator light" display, making the display intuitive, the operation simple, convenient, and easy to learn;
3. The quantitative control value can be changed as needed each time, simply by operating within the quantitative control instrument;
4. The display parameters of the quantitative control instrument include current accumulation, total accumulation, instantaneous flow rate, time, input signal value of the flow meter, etc;
5. Equipped with large and small valve controls, respectively controlling large and small flow rates to achieve quantitative control;
6. There is a material dispensing query function that can query the total number of dispensing times, each dispensing time, each dispensing quantity, etc.
Installation requirements for flow quantitative control instrument:
The input of the controller is 4-20mA or pulse signal, with external start, stop, reset, and two relay outputs. An intermediate relay needs to be added from the relay to the solenoid valve. If the solenoid valve is powered by 24V, a 24V switch power supply needs to be added.
Note: The indicator light, button, intermediate relay, air switch, AC contactor (optional), quantitative controller (LCD display), control box form a control system to control the start or stop of the on-site (24VDC) solenoid valve. In addition, a main power switch, flowmeter, and solenoid valve need to be added according to the on-site requirements.
